Do you have a dual diagnosis (mental illness and developmental disability)?
We can help connect you to services and supports within your community if you:
- are 16 years and older and live in York Region or South Simcoe
- need help with your mental health and addictions recovery or have a dual diagnosis
We can help you identify the support you need, apply for available services, and connect you to other community supports and services.

We can connect you to available services and supports so that you can become more independent and actively involved in your community.

Does your child have a developmental delay?
We can connect you to available services and supports for your child/youth with complex social, emotional, developmental, and/or physical needs. We also can help families who have a child diagnosed with autism from infancy to age 17.
