What’s Next? Life After High School Caregiver Webinars

This series of five workshops will cover topics such as employment planning, post-secondary planning, financial planning, community involvement, considerations for adult independence and Caregiver Health and Wellbeing. Attend one or all of the sessions.
- October 5: Transition to Adulthood and Caregiver Wellness
- October 12: Empowering Self-Advocacy and Motivating Your Teen
- October 19: Employment and Community Involvement
- October 26: Options for Continuing Education
- November 2: Financial Topics and Fostering Independence
These sessions are for parents or caregiver of teens with a developmental disability ages 15-18.
