Join our Restorative Yoga for a gentle approach to yoga that focuses on unwinding, increasing flexibility and centering your body and mind.
This workshop is for parents or caregivers of children with a developmental delay or autism. It is also for parents/caregivers of autistic adults or adults with a developmental disability.
