Book a 45-minute telephone, virtual or in-person appointment at our Aurora office on one of our Passport Program Resource days!

Email yssnPassport@yssn.ca or leave a voicemail at 905-898-6455 ext. 2725. A Passport Funding staff will contact
you to confirm your request. In your email or voicemail, please include:
1) the recipient’s 5-digit Passport Client Code
2) the recipient’s first and last initials
3) your name and phone number to call you
4) Whether you want a telephone, virtual or in-office meeting
5) 2 or more dates and times from the options provided
