Mindfulness Base Stress Reduction Workshop (MBRS)

Join Dr. Mabel Hsin for a session on the participation of the 8-week in person Stress Reduction workshop. You will learn tools for building resilience, increase your well being, manage stress, improve focus and numerous other benefits.
This workshop is for parents or caregivers of children or adults with autism and/or developmental disabilities
