Fall Autism Education Series: Learn from a BCBA – Autism Specialist, Classroom 2: Managing Challenging Behaviours
November 18 @ 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm
This parent training workshop will focus on the various principles used in ABA to reduce challenging behaviours. The why’s, what’s and how’s of the following topics: The 4 functions of behaviour Antecedent strategies Replacement behaviours Consequence strategies.
All workshops are for families with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and are registered with The Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
In Person Event: Two presentations will be held simultaneously to meet the needs of all our caregivers, mix and match the workshop that best meet your needs, a similar opportunity will be available Fall 2024.
Event Location: Your Support Services Network Office, 240 Edward St. Aurora.
Light refreshments will be served.
