Completing Funding Applications for SSAH and ACSD

Join our FSW team and learn the steps for completing the Special Services at Home (SSAH) and/or Assistance with Children with Severe Disabilities (ACSD) forms.
All workshops are for families with children with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder and are registered with The Ontario Autism Program (OAP).
This workshop reviews the ministry programs of Special Services at Home and Assistance for Children with Severe Disabilities and how to complete these application forms.
