A: One month. They will then be automatically erased.
Q: Who will be able to listen to my call?
A: Supervisors responsible to training staff and ensuring quality standard are adhered too.
Q: If I do not wish to be recorded can I still call?
A: You can call and chose to remain anonymous, however, the call will be recorded.
