The program is funded by the Ministry of Children, Community and Social Services (MCCSS) and helps adults with a developmental disability to be involved in their communities and live as independently as possible. They can use Passport funding to participate in their community, learn life skills, and make a personal life plan. The program will also fund caregiver respite services and supports for primary caregivers of adults with a developmental disability.
