Foundational Family Services

• Workshops for parents and caregivers to help with things like understanding school processes, advocacy, funding options, and more.
• Our peer supporters and mentors, who have been through similar experiences, provide emotional and social support through group sessions, connecting you to resources, and wellness workshops.
• Information sessions to help with planning the transition from kindergarten to adulthood, as well as one-on-one support for transition planning. Coordinate services with our family services worker, including filling out forms, finding resources, and exploring.

Contact us for an appointment with a family support worker. Service providers may also contact the intake number to request support for a family as a warm transfer.
